Matthew Smith - Founder, Executive Director
I founded Infinite Spectrum with the intent to create inclusive spaces for neurodivergent adults to be treated as just that… Adults. My goal is to level the social playing field and expand the word inclusion into more relatable social elements of society. I have several years of experience supporting adults with IDD through caregiving and advocacy, and have seen firsthand the importance of community guidance. Outside of work, I am a proud DM (Dungeon Master,) musician, gamer, and lover of reptiles. I can’t wait to meet each and every one of you!

Ian Carter - Community Outreach Director, Inland Empire
There’s no one quite as attuned to the heartbeat of their community as Ian. Dubbed the unofficial “Mayor of Ontario,” Ian leaves a lasting impression on every person he meets. Ian is full of surprises and always ready to lend a hand. He is a dedicated student and a valued community member. In Ian’s spare time, you can find him tracking all the sports stats, doing deep research or spending valued time with his family.
Andres Urciaga - Chief Operations Officer
Andres Urciaga brings a steady hand and a wealth of experience to Infinite Spectrum. With a strong background in managing day programs, he focuses on compliance, quality, and ensuring that every participant receives the support and respect they deserve. Andres is known for his thoughtful approach, commitment to accountability, and deep passion for advocating for the individuals he serves.
Outside of work, Andres enjoys exploring new places, trying new foods, and spending time with his family and his cats.
Candace Smith - Chief People Officer
Candace Smith is an LVN with extensive experience managing day programs and supporting adults with diverse needs. She brings a calm, people-centered approach to her work, ensuring that participants feel safe, respected, and empowered. Candace’s strong clinical background, combined with her leadership in program management, helps guide Infinite Spectrum with clarity, care, and compassion.
Outside of her professional work, Candace enjoys spending time with loved ones, staying active, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life.
Brent Hardy - Chief Creative Officer
Brent Hardy brings imagination, innovation, and a deep commitment to accessibility to Infinite Spectrum. With a strong background in creative direction and community programming, Brent helps shape meaningful experiences that are both engaging and inclusive. He is known for his thoughtful eye, collaborative spirit, and dedication to creating events and materials that truly reflect the diverse voices within the community.
In his free time, Brent loves Los Angeles and enjoys exploring the city’s beauty, from its hidden gems to its iconic landmarks.
